E-Discovery Law Training Webinar

big-dataBryan University Provost and Dean of Legal Services William Hamilton leads an online workshop, Discover Your Winning Case, providing an overview of e-Discovery processes for business law professionals, Jan. 9, 2014, at 10 a.m. PT.

The free webinar is designed for in-house counsel, human resources professionals, and other corporate executives interested in venturing forth into the dynamic world of e-Discovery law.

E-discovery is locating, parsing, and restructuring voluminous and diverse case data–found in emails, texts, word-processing docs, social media postings and messages, databases, digital photos, browsing history, computer logs, and more–into a coherent, compelling case story. This seminar invites business law professionals to step beyond e-Discovery as a mere compliance cost, and learn the steps needed to transform e-Discovery into an efficient process to find, build, and support case-winning strategies cost effectively.
